Sacred Purity respects your privacy and is committed to handling your personal information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, place an order, contact us, or use our store, and how that information is used and protected.
1. Who We Are
This website is operated by Sacred Purity.
Website: https://www.sacredpurity.com/
Contact: Please use our Contact page to get in touch about privacy or personal information.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use our website, we may collect the following information:
- Contact information: Your name, email address, and telephone number if provided.
- Order information: Products purchased, quantities, prices, order number, order status, and order history.
- Billing and shipping information: The details necessary to process and deliver an order.
- Account information: Information associated with a customer account, if you create one.
- Checkout and abandoned-cart information: If you enter your email address or other details during checkout but do not complete your purchase, we may retain relevant checkout and cart information to facilitate recovery of your cart and send reminder emails.
- Communications: Information you provide when contacting us, used only as necessary to respond to your inquiry.
- Technical information: Limited information necessary to operate, protect and troubleshoot the website, such as server logs and information processed by essential website functions.
Please do not send payment card details or other sensitive financial information through our contact forms or ordinary email.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information when reasonably necessary to:
- Process, confirm and fulfil orders.
- Arrange shipping and communicate delivery information.
- Process payments through our payment provider.
- Provide customer support and respond to enquiries.
- Operate customer accounts and maintain order records.
- Detect, investigate and prevent fraud, abuse and technical problems.
- Send necessary service messages relating to orders and the operation of the store.
- Recover abandoned shopping carts, where applicable.
- Send newsletters or other promotional communications when you have separately chosen to receive them.
We aim to collect and use only information reasonably necessary for these purposes.
4. Abandoned Shopping Carts and Reminder Emails
Our store uses WooCommerce and FluentCRM to support abandoned-cart recovery.
If you proceed to checkout and provide your email address but leave without completing your purchase, we may use the email address, name, selected products and relevant cart information associated with that checkout to send reminders about your unfinished purchase.
Our automated abandoned-cart sequence may send up to three reminder emails over the following days. These messages may include a link to restore your shopping cart and continue checkout.
Some reminders may include a personalized discount coupon. Coupons may be restricted to the email address associated with the checkout, limited to one use, and subject to an expiry date. Any applicable terms will be provided with the offer.
These messages relate to an unfinished shopping transaction. Abandoning a cart does not, by itself, subscribe you to our newsletter or constitute consent to receive unrelated promotional emails. Newsletter subscriptions are handled separately.
Abandoned-cart records are managed through our store’s recovery settings. The fact that a cart is marked as abandoned or lost does not necessarily mean all associated records are immediately deleted.
If you receive an unexpected reminder or have a privacy concern about abandoned-cart processing, please contact us through our Contact page.
5. Newsletters and Marketing
You have the option to subscribe to our newsletter or other marketing communications.
Where newsletter subscriptions are offered, we intend to use the information provided for that purpose only when you have chosen to subscribe. Newsletter consent is separate from placing an order, creating an account, or abandoning a cart.
You can withdraw your marketing consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email, where available, or by contacting us.
We do not intend to add customers to a marketing list solely because they purchased a product, created an account or entered their email address at checkout.
6. Payments
Payments on our store are handled through our payment providers, Payram and Malum.
When you make a payment, information necessary to process the transaction may be shared with the payment provider you select and other relevant payment or financial service providers involved in processing the transaction. This information may include transaction references, payment status, order details and other information required to complete or verify the payment.
Malum may process payment-related personal information, such as transaction details and relevant technical information, for payment processing, fraud prevention, security and compliance purposes, in accordance with its applicable policies and terms.
The information processed depends on the payment method used and the requirements of the relevant provider. Each provider’s handling of personal information is subject to its own applicable privacy documentation and terms.
Sacred Purity does not intentionally store customers’ payment card details. We may receive or retain transaction-related information, such as payment status, transaction references and order details, as needed to manage purchases, refunds, customer support and accounting.
For further information, please consult the relevant provider’s privacy documentation:
Payram: Please consult Payram’s current privacy documentation.
Malum: https://malum.to/legal/data-processing-addendum
7. Emails and Service Providers
We use WordPress and WooCommerce to operate the website and manage products, orders and customer accounts.
We use FluentCRM to manage relevant customer communications and automated abandoned-cart reminders. FluentSMTP is used to facilitate the delivery of emails through our configured email service.
We may also rely on our website hosting provider, email service providers, shipping companies, payment providers and other service providers where necessary to operate the store.
These providers may process relevant personal information on our behalf or for their own purposes, depending on the service they provide. Access should be limited to what is reasonably necessary for those purposes.
We do not authorise service providers to use customer information for unrelated purposes merely because they provide services to our store.
8. Shipping and Delivery
To fulfil an order, we may share the recipient’s name, delivery address, contact details and relevant order information with shipping companies, couriers, fulfilment services or other parties involved in delivery.
These details are shared to the extent necessary to arrange, track and complete delivery or address delivery problems.
9. Cookies and Essential Website Functions
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies where necessary for core website functions.
WooCommerce may use cookies or related storage to maintain shopping-cart contents, support checkout, remember relevant session information and provide other essential store functionality. Customer login and account features may also require cookies.
Some cookies or technologies may be set by service providers when their features are used. The information processed depends on the feature and configuration in use.
We aim to avoid unnecessary tracking and do not intentionally enable browser time-zone collection as a separate tracking feature. However, this statement does not mean that all technical information or cookies are disabled.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent the cart, checkout or other parts of the website from working correctly.
10. When We Share Information
We do not sell customers’ personal information to third parties.
We may disclose relevant information to:
- Payment providers processing transactions.
- Hosting, website, email, and store-management service providers.
- Shipping companies, couriers and fulfilment services when necessary to deliver orders.
Information is shared only where reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
11. How Long We Keep Information
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including fulfilling orders, maintaining customer accounts, handling enquiries, resolving disputes and meeting legal or accounting obligations.
Order and transaction records may need to be retained for longer periods where required by law.
Abandoned-cart information may be retained according to the store’s configured recovery and data-management settings. Newsletter subscription information may be retained while a subscription remains active and for a reasonable period afterwards where needed to record consent or respect an unsubscribe request.
Retention periods can vary by data type and legal requirements. We do not promise that every record will be automatically deleted after a single fixed period.
12. Keeping Information Secure
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
No website, email system or method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers should avoid sending payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary email or contact forms.
13. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Request access to personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request deletion of information where applicable.
- Object to or request restriction of certain processing.
- Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
- Unsubscribe from marketing communications.
- Request a copy of certain information in a portable format.
Some information must be retained where we have a legal obligation or another lawful reason to keep it. We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request.
To exercise a privacy right, please contact us through our Contact page and explain your request.
14. International Processing
Some service providers involved in operating the store may process information in countries other than the country where you live or where an order is delivered.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers of personal information, appropriate safeguards should be used.
15. Third-Party Websites
Our website may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content or security of websites that we do not operate.
Please review the relevant third party’s privacy policy before providing information to it.
16. Children’s Privacy
Our website is not intended to encourage children to provide personal information without appropriate authorisation. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, please contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
17. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our website, services, data practices or legal obligations change. The revised policy will be published on this page, with the updated date shown at the top.
